Out Of Africa, known as Giraffe around here is out of our very first registered Nubian Danielle. She is a very long doe with a nice uphill stance, smooth shoulders and a strong topline, as well as nice rear leg angulation.
In 2020 Giraffe freshened with a single doe kid and a small but tightly attached udder. We decided to hang on to her to see how her mammary would develop with a second freshening, and we weren't disappointed!
She was a second freshening 3 year old in 2021 and gave us beautiful twin does sired by Pendragon. Her udder came in much nicer and she earned her milk star on butterfat and protein. We repeated the breeding for 2022 and she is due to freshen the end of Feb.
