Poppy is the daughter of SG Two Maples Suprcalifragilistic. She has the same pretty breed character and gentle personality as her dam. She has a long bone pattern, tight short pasterns and an elegant neck that ties smoothly into the withers. Her paternal grandsire, Woest-Hoeve Mystery Man has been on the elite list 4 years in a row, 2018-2021.
Poppy kidded with a single doe kid in 2021. While we would have preferred to see better milk yields from her as a first freshener, we did appreciate her nice teat size and strong medial attachment.
Poppy is bred to Pendragon for late March kids, and this time it looks like she has triplets in there, so we should get to see her udder in full milk this year.
