Glory 2 YO 2nd Freshener
Glory, aka Chunka-Lunka got her nickname from being so pudgy as a kid. So much so that we decided to breed her to freshen as a yearling for fear she would be too over conditioned if we held her back to freshen at two.
She did not disappoint us as a yearling milker! She has her sire's shorter stature, but she's got her dam's depth of body. She's a dream to milk with a nice rear udder, wonderful extension to her fore and nice teat shape.
Her paternal grandsire, Woest-Hoeve Mystery man has made the elite list in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Glory joined the ranks and earned her elite status in 2020 as well. She is the first doe in our herd to achieve such an honor!
Glory was bred AI to Blissberry Bada BIng Bada Boom for 2022 kids. Unfortunately, she aborted her triplets in late January and will be dry for the 2022 season.
